Hello all so as a 19 old aspie student on a foundation degree im sturggling big time. im not getting the support im due even though we've asked for it grrr, ive got teachers and "support" staff that have no idea how to support me and its really stressing me out. now my question to you all is, is their anything you can reccomend to help or stuff we can do as right now im about ready to quit? thanks for reading
  2. nope sorry no nightmares. though i have noticed an increase in odd and weird dreams but no nightmares at least not reguarly just one or two.
  3. hi all so im currently going through a long bout of on off depression where i will have days where aim fine and days like today where i just feel dreadful. this depression started a month or two ago around the same time as my melatonnin stopped being that effective. i have been on mellatonin for at least 4 or 5 months now and until this spout it has been woring beautifully. i wonder also whetehr if the depression wasnt caused by the melatonnnin whetthe rthe depression is affecting mellatonins helpfulness? thanks for reading and your advice Toby
  4. hi all so ok the title might be a bit off. im curreently going through quite a bad spot of depression and just feeling down and rubbish. while i am not depresed enoguth to resort to drugs LOL i am after a sort of specail hgoliday that would hopefully be a stay in an aspergers hostel where i can get help and support with the problems ium currently having. i ask everyone here if they know of suck a place in the uk , i am willing to travel as i have a car and am willing to pay ofcourse i just need somewhere and soon! thanks all for reading toby
  5. yeah i worked for 8 months for woolworths and no guesses as to what happend to that job. yeah i losty my job along with everyone else whnthe company went under and i loved it! damned annoyin gas well i was doing something i liked and getting paid. i did disclose the aspergers at the job interview and they didnt care the only difernece was they never had ballons up when i was working (i have sensitive haering as part of my diagnosis)
  6. hi everyone so im a high functioing aspie that thought he should say hi and help those i feel i can. as i have been diagnosed since i was 10 its been a few years ive had growing up with aspergers.
