My son who is 7 and HFA uses Eskimo Kids, reputed to be the most pharmaceutically pure, has Omega 3,6 and 9 and uses fish and plant oils, one 5ml spoon per day and about ?14 per 2 months, try my nutrition shop asthey have wide range at discounted prices, good delivery too.
