Autism Transitions conference at Prior's Court on 25th October.
This one day conference will explore some of the key transitions for young people with autism, from child to adulthood and into work, through puberty, coping with sexuality, mental health and OCD.
Speakers: Professor Pat Howlin, Professor Gary Mesibov, Ros Blackburn, Dr Cathy Tissot, Dr Tim Williams with an opening address by Dame Stephanie Shirley.
Plus opportunities to talk to advisors about legal issues such as control of finances, practitioners from Prior's Court School and Young Adult Provision and others.
£75 for professionals and £40 for parents/concessions, lunch and refreshments provided.
This is the fourth annual conference in the Dame Stephanie lecture series at Prior's Court near Newbury, Berkshire - close to Junction 13 on the M4/A34 with rail connections at Newbury and Didcot.
