I have had my first pip assessment and i had to tell the persom what NAS was so not looking too good.Has anyone had to explain this? i thought the assessor had to have some knowledge off asd to assess you

hello everyone my dr says that he will not support me getting esa even though i have pointed out that i have been having all off my meltdowns at work due to the constant change in working procedures and staff movement he says im fit enough i feel like im about to explode he just doesnt understand /any advice would be welcome
