  1. Have you tried Minadex. This is basically a build up tonic for children when they have been unwell or have lost their appetite. I gave it to my 3 year old on advice from health visitor when he stopped eating altogether. After about 4 days he started eating again. I think that this is free from milk etc. It also has added vitamins. It is made by seven seas and you can get it in boots and other chemists.
  2. I have been giving my 13 year old omega 3, the strawberry one from Boots for just one week and his school have noticed he is calmer and his mood has definitely lifted. He actually likes the taste and says it tastes of bubblegum. So far so good. The orange flavour says it is suitable from age 3 but the strawberry one says it is only suitable from age 5. So check the ages as some seem to differ.
  3. Hi all, just thought I would mention as mother of child who i suspect has aspergers. I have been diagnosed as having ceoliac disease (ie. intolerence to gluten) since I was little. I wonder if there is any link between Ceoliacs and aspergers. Maybe this is something that needs looking into with all who have autism or aspergers!
