Mumble Report post Posted February 25, 2008 Maybe a stupid question, but is it possible to buy spare power cords and the box thing that gets warm attached to the power cord for laptops and if so are they expensive? At the moment, it's a real hassle having to move my desk to get to the power point (don't get me started on the rules on using extension cables ...) to get my cord out when I want to take my laptop to uni - if I could keep a spare cord in my locker at uni, it would make things so much easier
justamum Report post Posted February 25, 2008 yes they are obtainable, and not not always expensive. If you google for power leads, or go to Ebay, you will find sites that sell them

J's mum Report post Posted February 25, 2008 I've bought from a seller on ebay before - notebookspares - and he's really good. Next day delivery and really friendly. If he's got what you're after then I'd recommend him.
