day off from the gym!

And time of the month feel well sluggish! ;( so you think should leave gym alone for today? I'm going zumba class tomorrow! Because I haven't eaten for few days and haven't been up to anything really maybe that's reason feeling tired!

You can't really go to the gym if you haven't eaten. You probably end up in a pretty bad way kiddo. I don't think you should be going to zumba either if you aren't eating and aren't up to your full strength. You know what you should be doing to take care of yourself, so do it. Eat well, eat often and exercise. Other than that, you need to see a doctor if what I say isn't making sense - i'm not a doctor and can't offer you medical advice x

But because still half term so time off work get to attend zumba class as normally at work when it is on! So great opportunity going take it up and my friend coming too!
