Mikecunniffe Report post Posted June 27, 2015 I think with my health condition i'm starting to think i'm getting depression. i have had a rollercoaster of emotions today from feeling low, lashing out and suicidal thoughts. There are a number of mental health websites and we've a pinned post for 'mental health resources' see if any of the helplines can assist you. ive found saneline to be particularly understanding when ive got things i need to discuss with a stranger. Livelife Report post Posted July 23, 2015 It's difficult to conclude the the reasons for why things are the way they are. It's best to concentrate on what is that's the most sensible thing to do. I would see the doctor as any uncontrolled thoughts can be dangerous if you are feeling low as the impose to resist them is going to be harder.
