Are there any countries which do not grant citizenship to foreigners with ASD?

Many countries require foreigners who are applying for citizenship of that country to provide proof that they are in good physical and mental health. Are there any countries that refuse to offer citizenship to foreigners with ASD because they are deemed not to be in good mental health?
