Advice re; mad comp.....

Recommended Posts

Hiya,

We're having a mighty big problem with comp at the moment.

We tried to get The Sims to play - we haven't played it for ages and it wouldn't start up.

Brother advised un-instaling and then re-instaling.

Un-instaled, did disk cleanup, defragment etc, restarted comp etc.....

Put in Sims disc to re-instal, but when we click 'instal' the Epson scanner screen pops up.........

Now - is there any way we can stop this from happening other than un-instaling Epson stuff.

Very annoyed and confused :hypno::hypno:

Hi smileymab

This is very difficult to advise on without being infront of the computer but in similar situations the only way to fix this problem is to un-install and then re-install the Epson scanner software.

Sorry this probably is not what you wanted to hear.

Kind regards
