Hi again.

Anyone know of anything that can be perchased in a health food shop to improve concentration for a 15yr old who doesn't want to take rotalin and can't swallow capsules of tablets of any kind.

My son takes the Haliborange version of fish oils, which are in either chewy capsules, or liquid. I wouldn't describe as alternative for ritalin but can help with concentration.
