Is there any why to lower anxiety without prescription drugs? I read on Wikipedia about risperidone and olanzapine which are said to help to "reduce the associated symptoms of AS", but is there any other way of doing it? I had a look at CBT and it seemed good, but a bit of a long way round. If you have any tips, it would be great to hear them. Thanks, Finn

I am not on medication and never have been. But I suffer from strong anxiety attacks in unfamiliar surroundings, like shops and I can't just go into a shop and buy something and I definitely couldn't call someone on the phone, I wish there was something that I could take to try and control this.
