You probably have to many applications running, click CTRL ALT and DELETE to bring up the task managar to see whats running then click on Processes to see what application or module is eating your resourses, I have no problems with this site or facebook. Also go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and see what speed your ISP is providing you. You could be short on HDD space as that often slows down a computer, Perhaps a defrag will help? I,ve never tried AVG but if its anything like Norton then it will take up a lot of resources then you will be better off with using Zone Alarm Pro or Zone Alarm Seurity suite which are firewalls with anti virus and spyware protection. Another good site to check your firewall is doing its job is www.grc.com and click on shields up. Just a quick hello. Im 42 and have 3 children, My son who is 16 is diagnosed with ADHD, ODD and Conduct Disorder and Social Phobia. My eldest daughter who is 17 has a langauge disability and is also diagnosed with Autisitc Sprectrum Disorder and has a verbal reasoning and comphrehension of a 10 year old. Im going through the process of having our 8 year old daughter diagnosed but Im already sure she has Aspergers. Me Im just an harmless alien who struggles by with life After being mis diagnosed, miss treated and mis read and stuffed full of pills because the doctor did not have a very good brain and he should of spend longer in University studying . That just about fully sums me up. I used to hate family gatherings like weddings, funerals and especially school at assembly times when there was a large gathering of people. Even at 42 years of age nothing has changed there, Shopping is still a major mission for me, I think its even harder know as I hate even going out on my own, I would be very content just to sit on the computer or watch a good film
