    I cant seem to grow anything even flowers everything dies on me Emma

I must be totally on my own on this one then but when we recieved Connor's dx my husband attitude to him totally changed nefore dx he used to be very hard on him and thought he was just being naughty but as soon as he was dx he knew there was something wrong and he wasn't just being naughty his whole attitude towards him changed he now understands he can't help some of the things Connor does and makes alot more allowences for it. As a result there relationship is 100% better Connor even felt safe/secure enough to have his first meltdown with his dad present - up until then it had always been me on my own. Emma

    Hi Bid, I did that last week had all my hair chopped off i mean , then i dyed it and connor didn't recognise me I've now talked to him about it all and he has told me that he recognises people by there hair! is this normal? Emma

  9. Fear and Anxiety have defo held me back also led me to become agrophobic I've had a dreadful 2 years but I'm having CBT (last session today ) so at the moment things are alot better , It's a Problem with everything I do from going to work to picking the boys up from school. Emma

  11. when Connor was young he couldnt pronounce a single word correctly the problem was so bad that we ended up in the cleft palate S&L dept even though he doesn't have one. He knew that nobody outside the family could understand a word he said so he wouldn't talk he spend his whole time in playgroup and nursery not saying a single word but as soon as he got home he wouldn't be quiet!! Although after 4 years therapy he can now talk clearly and pronounce words he is still selective mute especially at school and with other children because he knows that sometime he cant pronounce things correctly Emma
