wants to thank my brother for my exercise bible book today as an extra birthday pressie - going to live and breathe by that book now will go everywhere with me to tone up or try to anyways! going to try different core exercises hope that helps abit can live and hope will see! lol

Home made thick double stacked on jelly, custard and cream and lots of sprinkles on top of cream- pure and utter heaven!
