  1. I might as well follow suit: Even though i'm not new.

My name is Ben, i'm 22, and from the sunshine capital of the Uk, Bognor regis. I'm a fan of many sports, Bodybuilding, Cricket, Golf, Wrestling, all sports basically. I'm currently unemployed though keeping busy! i hope to enter the youth offending service very soon, my CRB check came back ok, and i have completed my induction training.

My obsession is learning, and being better than i was yesterday, i can be very hard on myself when things don't go right, and don't take failure very well. I'm also in love with nutritional science, and studying the effects of diet, and hormones and the effect that has with our minds, and our body's. I've determined that a high fat and low carb diet, is the very best diet for the human body, and is ideal for healthy hormone production as well.

As you can see, i quickly go off topic, when i'm talking about something i love...........

  2. People who are affected by general mental health difficulties are encouraged to receive and share information, support and advice with other forum members, though it is important to point out that this exchange of information is generally based on personal experience and opinions, and is not a substitute for professional medical help.

To all, please keep the above in mind, when replying.

    Thankyou,

    Ben.

  3. Diet plays a massive role in my mood. First of all limit the bad stuff like sugar, wheat, and excessive Carbs. Insure you are eating enough fat. Fat is essential for healthy hormone production, immune system health, and physical recovery.

Eat clean and pure fats like cream, Animal fat, egg yolks, coconut oil, and Ghee.

Don't worry bout counting the calories, there not the be all and end all. Hormones determine fat loss, and if your not eating enough, your hormone production will be shot, and you will never lose fat then. If your calories are higher than they are now, but your hormones are in check, then your body will be able to function, and then promote fat loss.

Supplement with 5g of omega 3, and 1g of vitamin C everyday. Those 2 working togeher are magic! No need go overboard with those, less is more.

You should after a month or so begin to feel good, your gym will be much more enjoyable and productive, as you'll have the fuel.

In case you are wondering how many calories you need, The 2000 calorie mark should be fine.

As i've said, sometimes, a nice long walk to collect your thoughts, is all the excersise you'll ever need.

  4. Anyone who has followed me since the begging will know, i carry myself with a very sarcastic yet friendly sence of humor. I appear almost obnoxious and childish, yet people loved me for it.

However, since deciding to return, and give this place another go, i feel..... dare i say.. very PG. I was very much a Rated 15+ poster, and had an attitude that was often hammerd by the mods, and i had fun being cheeky. Now the latest members don't understand me at all.

My humor is being misunderstood, and people are getting upset, and may i say, this isn't any fun for me at all.

Yes, perhaps i should use a bit more discretion than used to way back when, but i can't stop being me?

Also, add a smiley to your post to vote for an adult sub forum so the true warrior can return!

  5. I don't really drink. But when i do, i love irish stout. You mention Doom Bar, that's also a favorite of mine. Anything bitter, and i'm there. I also like to go down the lanes in Brighton, and do a shot of absinthe with the lads.

I also can't drink too much. I've never actually been drunk, and i wouldn't want to be.

  6. In real life no, i don't tend to take much interest in what others do or don't do, on the internet, yes and no. I can control, i can also step back and not give a flying hoot.

I'm usually the later, when people start behaving like 3 year olds i have no time for it. There are others on the forum that benifit from my posts, there my priority.

  7. Do you ramble and post lots and lots? Yes, but that's a good thing, because it means you getting it off your chest. And you do tend to follow similar tangents, but again, that's not a problem either.

Have you ever thought of keeping an online dairy here? If you do, you can post in it as much as you want, and whatever you want. (As long as your not breaking any rules) I'll check in every now and then, and throw in my 2 cents.

Sound like an idea? Of course you don't have to, but if you do, it will be yours, and yours alone.
