Hi , I’m new to this forum so this is my first post. I have been married for 26 years , retired last year and went to marriage guidance 6 months ago. Counsellor suggested ASD , I did online tests , light bulb moment.... so much then became obvious. I have much work to do and would appreciate any advice on how to give emotional support to my wife. Any techniques people find have worked for them ?Thanks.
