hello everyone sorry ive not been around, p.c been ill and because afore mentioned office apparatus wasnt been used office reduced to wasteland for any old junk, but having employed the talents of a kym and aggie-like persona (myself and several refuse sacks later...) have managed to reclaim said small space and tend to sick p.c. have had huge tiff with hubby the other day in which he confessed he finds it hard to love our son. he says he has trouble dealing with trickys "aspieness" and is finding it hrd to accept his difficulties, the thing is a few years ago i could have understood, but since ds's dx my hubby has lived in a bubble of ignorance he cant even tell you what aspergers syndrome is! ive tried to help him understand but dh doesnt want to even try. any suggestions cos im on the verge......

i had my nt goddaughter round the other day my ds doesnt like her at all. my friend said to tricky what if mummy decided to give you a baby sister or brother? he replies no thanks dont want one, i said what if we had an accident any one was on the way? he replies...... with full grimace and baring of teeth "KILL IT!" omg i dont think ive ever been soo embarressed, im sure he doesnt understand the implications but still feel very upset.

i always wondered about trickys Jammie ears until one day during one of his m illions of meltdowns, i realised one of his "stimming" techniques is that he folds his ears, over and over!

i actually live in the next village to the school rk is sending her child too and my son goes to the state primary in the same village as the special school. this special school is amazing and boasts facilities any state school would be envious of, and yes i do believe she is sticking two fingers at state provision and yes from a parents perspective if i had her income i would clearly do the same but not only is she in the public eye, being an education doo dah (sorry not up to speed with proper titles!) she sets a poor opinion of an education system she has played a hand in. although i know it takes time to change, having a child with a learning disability she should have more empathy and change things to help our children not cut budgets and close schools i think it shows very poor taste.

tricky watched it with me, and i think(?) it actually made him aware of his autism, altho he isnt as severe as kyle there was many similarities. we put a pile of beads on the table and said kyle had this many beads of autism and tricky has this many, i think he got a rough idea until he went around the house shouting ive got 15 beads of autism!!! having said that he also got quite upset, and asked if he upsets me as much as kyle upset his mummy! aww bless

the school are unhappy with me. theyve just received a letter from trickys consultant outlining concerns about bullying. They have insisted on a meeting to discuss this problem. OH SO NOW THEY WANT TO LISTEN! now they know what it feels like on my side of the fence. HHHwwwoaaaahhh!
