So, I am 13 and I was diagnosed when I was younger. Though, I’m a bit confused about my diagnosis. See, I’m very self-aware. I know exactly what I’m doing, when I’m doing it and I understand exactly how it makes people feel. I can’t feel empathy and I suck at expressing emotions. I don’t genuinely care about my family nor do I “love” them. I often find myself manipulating my family and not feeling remorseful about it. I can look people directly in the eye and I can read facial expressions like a book. What I’m trying to say basically is that I literally have no idea if it’s normal to have psychopathic/antisocial traits with ASD. If anyone knows anything about this, do let me know.
