We got the child psychiatrist and CAMHs involved.J is much younger and so must be so worrying for you.I was wondering if you had come across the Phelp's Ruling. There may be some points in it that may help your case.It is quite a long read but can be found on www.educational-psychologist.co.uk .There may be other articles of interest to other sen issues.The psychologist who assessed our son mentioned the ruling when our son's needs were not being met by the school.
