i got this new pc yesterday and there werent any speakers with it and ive lost the manual!!my friend said the speakers might be built in to the moniter,how do i find out,im wondering if i have to activate something?any ideas?

well i lost 20 pounds on ww but stopped going for 4 weeks and put it all back on again!!im starting again tomorrow though

he phoned me last night from school(resi) and casually in the convo he went oh mum i got an interview for a place doing a bricklaying course im so pleased and surprised,he never mentioned it before,interview was this morning,he not really told me a lot about it cos he just wanted to get off the phone to me last night but hes ringing me tonight to tell me what happened. hes moved into a different house this year,its in the grounds of the school but he gets more free time and independance,hes doing very well

WELL I MANAGED TO GET A PRESCRIPTION TONIGHT,I RAN TO THE CHEMIST ALL DRAMATIC JUST AS THEY WERE CLOSING,I THINK THEY THOUGHT A MAD WOMAN WAS ON THE LOOSE ANYWAY I GOT MY LITTLE TABLET FRIENDS BACK THE MINUTE I TOOK ONE I FELT BETTER BUT I THINK THAT WAS THE FEELING WHERE IF YOU TAKE A HEADACHE TABLET YOUR HEADACHE GOES,ITS GOT A PROPER NAME WHAT IM TRYING TO DESCRIBE,OH I KNOW WHAT I MEAN ANYWAY!!!!!

im on 40 mg of cilatropram a day,antidepressents,ive run out day before yesterday and i been having panick attacks through the night,woke up sweating,i mean ive only not had em for a day,got to pick up prescript tomorrow,i not had panic attacks since i started on the tabs,its made me feel really ill today,does anyone else get like this?

i went there once this year flo,never again!!breakfast was good for about a pound i think but i just didnt like the shop,people go on about it like its fab,each to their own but its my idea of hell people also go on about bluewater or should i say b***water,i hate it,it actually makes me feel quite ill,i love lakeside though

took both kids on day trip to hastings last week,nothing ventured nothing gained and all that but my god i wish i hadent even ventured out of bed they argued all day,i cried it was awful,i had a 4 day camping trip booked this month just me and kids,nick work but i cannot put myself through it!!steve not bothered he dont want to go anyway,gonna do my seperate days out again,why cant things just be nice for a change?i would love to have holiday with both of them

ive got a very negative view on social services as in my case they have been useless but i just wondered if anyone has had any decent help with ss?
