Lynden Report post Posted December 5, 2006 Has anyone heard of the Sound Learning Centre (based in London) or used them? A lady from our local support group took her son and found them great, and they've been doing talks/assessments in our area and are back this weekend and we're going to have Logan assessed. lyns Report post Posted December 10, 2006 Hi My son had AIT about 2 years ago now. There are 2 centres in London which offer AIT and I'm certain it was the Sound Learning Centre we went with in the end. To cut a long story short unfortunatly it did not help my son at all (it was a 2 week course) so i was very dissapointed, but another little boy who was having treatment at the same time as my son was back for his second tretment as the first had helped him. So I suppose all experiences are different! We were also lucky enough to have the treatment funded by our PCT as I remeber it was quite expensive. if you want any more info PM me and I'll tell you a bit more.
