The Faculty of Education is delighted to offer a one-day conference to children's workforce staff in partnership with Sunfield Professional Development Centre and the University's Music Therapy Team. The Faculty has expertise in education, teacher training and learning disability. Across our other faculties there is a valuable pool of knowledge and research activity in Autism and learning disability; most notably in the Music Therapy Team within the faculty of Arts, Law and Social Sciences but also within the Departments of Psychology and Mental Health & Learning Disability Studies. Sunfield Professional Development Centre based at Sunfield, is a national UK charity specialising in the care and education of children with severe and complex learning needs. The Faculty of Education is very pleased to be working with Sunfield on this high profile conference.
