Back To Tribunal again

Recommended Posts

We were supposed to be at tribunal in this june and the LEA postponed it to get mike asessed in the school of our choice, where he is now and very happy.

BUT they are still refusing to put our private dx of AS on his statement.

So, sendist have written to me telling me they are looking at the fortnight of 12 november to hold the hearing.

i know exactly what they will do, drop out the day before again.

even PP lady has said to me (off the record) that she thinks the SEN manager is taking this a bit personal and saying

well you can have the school but your not having the private dx written.

they do my head in they really do.

just sent off a request for a stat asessment for R,s SN, lets see how that one goes.

I can see totally why you are annoyed. My son didn't get his dx on statement, in the end they agreed to put that Mrs .......... has diagnosed AS.

Why do we have to go through this I don't know.

Good luck with your tribunal >:D<<'>

Jen

Best of luck >:D<<'>

Sounds like we have LEA officer's cut out of the same cloth! I think mine is on a vendetta to make life as miserable as possible, and her remit seems to be to prevent him from having an education!!!

Hope you don't have to go in the end, but if you do, good luck with it.
