oxgirl Report post Posted February 19, 2008 Reading all these posts, I can't help feeling how wonderful it must be to have touched so many peoples' lives. If all the people dotted around the country who have expressed sadness at Phasmid's passing were able to get to the funeral, it seems the crowds would be stretched out the door of the church. He must have been a wonderful man. <'> ~ Mel ~
Cat Report post Posted February 19, 2008 I have been thinking that it would be nice of all of the posts here and that are being made else where about Phas could be put into some sort of condolence book. That way it will mean that his wife and children will have a lasting reminder that Phas did touch so many lives and helped so many people in a positive way. His family must be truly proud of him. Frangipani Report post Posted February 22, 2008 Mrs Phasmid and family, I was thinking of you and the boys as I was strolling along the beach this morning watching the sunrise and I remembered the song we played at my cousins funeral. I just thought listening to them will comfort you. <'> Two songs I would like to share with you Mrs Phasmid <'> I hope this brings sunshine into your hearts as it did for us. It was like my cousin was speaking to our hearts Amen One Sweet Day - Mariah Carey http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-gZOEt-Jlo My neighbour also only young dedicated this song to her boys 7 and 10 when she lost her battle with cancer. I believe this really comforts her boys. People wore orange tee shirts, church filled with orange flowers and they released 100 orange balloons - this is their song. Bangles - Eternal Flame http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35Squ2YcXp0 I hope these bring you love and peace in the days to come. My little gift to you - as I live in Aussie and unable to attend the funeral. Love Fran / Hallyscomet <'> <'> <'>
