Just sharing this as I requested books on Teenagers I also have recieved another useful book, that helps them look after there bodies, its a got good clear stratagies but a bit cautious on the Germs bit, it could make them very scared about catching bugs ect.... but its still good, and so this is another one called taking care of myself, by mary wrobel. its actual title is A healthy Hygiene, puberty and persona curriculum for young people with autism, so aimed at teachers, proffessionals, but good for parents too as well in the home.
