JsMum Report post Posted July 29, 2008 The biggest reason they do this is so they can continue to pay DLA straight after the award runs out, did you keep a copy of your last form, repeat it and send it again, adding any changes if things have worsen, if things have improved but it because you can help him with the DLA express that clearly. Js runs out in March 09, so Im expecting it soon too, its still a worry though, the next award may have a wider gap, first Js claim was 2 years award then three and then four, so it gets longer sometimes. I do mine on PDF format so I can take time and add things as they occur and also save it for the repeat application. Good luck, but 6 months is usually the time they resend everything.
