Karen A Report post Posted January 16, 2009 Back to the OP;) This article is interesting http://www.nature.com/news/2009/090113/ful...ws.2009.21.html Lx It is very interesting.It is far more tentative and suggests that some of the links being made are really pretty speculative.Having read this article it sounds as though genetic screening for ASD may be a long way off.....if it will ever happen.Even with regards to the research done by SBC a study based on just 250 individuals sounds like a small sample.I also thought that before a theory could gain real credability it usually needed to be supported by than more than one piece of reseach conducted by one professional. Although I am no expert at all. It is certainly interesting to read a more thorough explanation of the reasearch rather than just opinions on what others think it said.Karen.
