My social worker said that I'm going to be getting some help and input from them regarding anxiety/mental health/sensory problems. I don't think I know anybody they have been involved with yet. smileyK Report post Posted August 31, 2012 yes i have been involved with NAS community outreach service before work on set targets and goals on support plan whether this be MH /sensory issues or other problems may need working on addressing appropriately they work through targets step by step i'll give you an example of mine e.g raising self esteem/confidence reducing anxiety - going to gym swimming etc Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
