See what going to tribunal does! well done, it isnt easy as the stress is untollerable but you did it, so now see what they come back with, hows he doing at the moment. Now you know you can go to tribunal for the support if they dont feel he requires a statement. Some how I dont think they will do that now they know you will go to tribunal.
