KezT Report post Posted April 11, 2010 puberty starts in different people at different times. it is perfectly normal for it to start in boys anywhere between 12 and 15 - so both you and your friend are normal;) AS has nothing to do with it.
Tally Report post Posted April 11, 2010 Hi Sam, Everyone develops differently, so there is nothing unusual about you - or your friend. 13 is an age where fitting in can feel very important. A lot of boys will boast about their experiences with girls, but they may not necessarily be telling the truth. If you are not having the same feelings they are talking about, this is nothing to worry about. Rest assured, an obsession with girls will probably hit you sometime within the next few years! got the tshirt Report post Posted April 11, 2010 I think all teenagers have alot to think about, both boys and girls. It becomes so important who is in the throws of puberty and who isn't. Believe me alot of what other teens tell you will just be bravado. I was late developing [i am female] and was still wearing vests to school in year 8, I didn't realise there was any thing wrong with this until some other girls saw and started laughing and telling everyone. just be yourself, enjoy doing what you want to do. The world of adult issues will come soon enough.
