hev Report post Posted June 11, 2005 steve had his first day at new school yesterday and he loved it,im so happy. he came home well excited,hes made a friend and when i asked him if he liked the school he gave it an 8 out of 10 which is a big honour for steven!!as you know i havent coped with steve being at home all day but im so glad i stuck to my guns and didnt let the LEA fob me off with their choice of schools which i knew wouldnt be suitable for steve,i found the pressure of it all awful but to anyone going through it now i would say keep on fighting as you will get there in the end,i dont understand why we have to battle so much though,thanks to everyone on this site who has replied to my constant moaning for 14 months!!
