I'm being positive about it but I'm not expecting my son to want to go, he has never wanted to go to any of the school discos or other events, just not his thing. Also once he walks out the school gate, that's it, schools for learning nothing else. The day after is a Barbecue at the school for year 6 and their families. av16 Report post Posted June 14, 2011 I remember my DS being completely amazed that people were crying on the last day of year 6 - he just didn't get it at all. Is this usual?
