The book that i were writing being shown on the autistic me documentary

Recommended Posts

Basically remembering seeing that autistic me documentary, and I were in a cafe with my laptop writing my autobiography ' A day in the life of an autistic girl'? well just want to let you know I am really doing really well on it. I have got 38 pages and 7,385 words. I keep reviewing for mistakes. it has taken at least 3 years to write, thats because i changed the cover and it looks awesome now, and editing alot and writing more chapters :)

Don't worry about time, mine has taken 5 years! Writing a reflection of own experiences is not supposed to be an easy task :)

Best wishes.

Chris

You can make that 2! Just read your comment (after following the link) had to quote you "I wasn't too keen - seems like a surefire way to alienate everyone I've ever known."

It sure does! And that's a brilliant reason not to for some people - I'd have to either not think of anyone's feelings at all - in which case everyone would hate me, or, I'd think of them too much and I'd write a pile of lies - probably best not to bother ;)

Anyway, I haven't done anything interesting enough to write about :D

Its sort of a compliment and only slightly :offtopic: I couldn't do write a book, so its sort of being impressed that you are - sorry about going off-topic a little :)

It does sound like you are doing pretty well so far  how long do you think it will take you to finish the book?
