smileyK Report post Posted August 17, 2012 Since joining zumba class twice a week noticed improvement in hand eye co ordination even though processing moves slower than others I think as long as moving around doing similar moves to others and sweating means I am exercising & burning calories ! A-S warrior Report post Posted August 18, 2012 you will do, shortley after i started playing cricket i would get someone to throw a cricket ball really fast at my face, i would 9 times out of 10 catch it. the body isnt the only thing working when you exercise or take up a sport, its also your mind. and as your body improves your mind will work in tandem with you. the one thing about the olympics was its inspired me to take up olympic ring training. to be fair i was interested in it anyway, just got to find some rings and im good to go.
