baddad Report post Posted July 19, 2005 Hi Tracey - there are a huge amount of threads on gf/df diets scattered around the forum, so for a general 'feel' you could make your way through them... Here's some links to the most recently active ones: http://www.asd-forum.org.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=1495 http://www.asd-forum.org.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=2612 Use the search engine (Top right, above 'My Controls') if you want more - good search words 'gluten' 'dairy' 'Sunderland' and 'urine'! From the POV that it might help even if there's not an intolerance, the only thing i could say is that all Detox diets target wheat and dairy directly, so the general consensus seems to be that we're all getting a bit too much in our diets anyway. Might not help, but it certainly wouldn't hurt... Bread - would recommend Dietary Specials 'multigrain' for toast, and 'refreshed' (in microwave) Antionette Saville rolls for packed lunches...or gf pittas. Good luck BD
