smileyK Report post Posted March 28, 2013 Adult MHT think be entitled to ESA (income -based) as don't earn that much a month! I'm struggling to make ends meet with what I want to do (socially with money etc) get DLA mum's my appointee! Is it worth going to welfare rights? As getting real upset/depressed that can't do much?! So frustrated - like everything else!
Special_talent123 Report post Posted March 28, 2013 Well they base your needs on what is on the form and what it says on your DLA then work out what group you entitled too Also ESA- u would have to contribute towards rent if you do that, and DLA is supposed to be used for care and mobility side of things
trekster Report post Posted March 30, 2013 I would go to CAB or NAS welfare rights for help.

trekster Report post Posted April 1, 2013 Had a strange experience with CAB about a year ago, now moving to the same area but will go somewhere else if I need to see them. CAB depends on which area you are in also can change over time.
