annywarren Report post Posted January 14, 2015 Hi Sorry if this subject has been discussed before, but I'm new to the forum. I'm going to Orlando this year with the family, and slightly terrified about the thought of queuing with my kids, one of whom is ASD. Is there any help from customer services at any of the parks? All I have is a NHS diagnosis letter. He's not registered disabled. His issues are mostly social interaction, but queuing is horrible as he gets upset with people around us, he can't stand still, and starts to make noises and strange movements. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. :-)
lorryw Report post Posted January 16, 2015 Can I suggest you take a look at www.disboards.com, they have a section about travelling to Florida (particularly Disney) lots of information, also info about Disney Disability Access Service Card. Have fun!
