New Autism partnership board in Norfolk needs autistic members

Recommended Posts

If you are autistic and living in Norfolk, this is your chance to have a say about improving services for us. There is an "All ages autism partnership board" being formed at the moment and I am the only autistic adult on it so far. We need autistic adults to participate, so we can have a say in what services we need and where improvements should be made. One of the Aspergers East Anglia employees is a member but never turns up to meetings, so we cannot rely on anyone else.

At the moment, there is very little provision for adults and the local authority really needs pushing as they have not allocated any budget for us. If you are interested, please send me your contact details in a pm and I will pass them on. You must live in Norfolk to join.Thank you.
