Diagnosis removal

Is it possible to have a diagnosis removed from my medical record, for instance if I felt the the diagnosis was wrong. It was made by a private clinic, but it was a referral from the GP.

Depends on the diagnosis, who made it and when. Sometimes you can have an updated assessment which can then allow you to add a note to your file stating why this information is inaccurate.
