Tensing Report post Posted December 27, 2005 We have it, or rather had it, it is now doing the rounds at school. Very well, and clearly written, with pictures. You can have a look inside it on amazon. http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1...0538229-8428601

Brook Report post Posted December 29, 2005 And because I know how busy Lufty must be with this forum, I searched out a link to his recommendations. http://www.jkp.com/catalogue/book.php/isbn/1-85302-978-5 http://www.aspergers.com/mice.htm Brook (who will do anything to put off getting on with the housework)
LittleRae Report post Posted December 29, 2005 Yes, have both 'Can I tell you about...' and 'Blue Bottle..' Have given BB to my son to read just as a regular book and he has identified with a few things - we have not yet told him of dx. I have 'Can I tell you...' on hand to give him, once we tell him, along with 'Freaks, Geeks...' Would recommend them all A

smiley Report post Posted December 30, 2005 Thanks for the ideas Steve, it's good to hear what's a good book - there are so many out there i could end up spending a fotune on terrible books! Adamsmum - freaks, geeks... is supposed to be an excellent book (- i haven't read it though -) I think it will be a bit too old for my son to understand (he's only 6) - as it was written by, and aimed at teenage children. xxx
