Recommended Posts

I'm fairly confused by it all to be honest!

It seems the 'Mor' company supply EPA to over-5s and DHA to under 5's. EPA and DHA are both Omega 3 fatty acids. Alex Richardson (and she is an expert) is definitely leaning towards EPA as being the most suitable form, but then I know there has been quite a bit of research on DHA in infant formula and perhaps the company are taking the 'safer' (i.e. most researched) option.

Why don't you send them an email to ask why?
