a little help to get started

I wonder if i may ask if anyone has a few good gluten free recipies for veggie burgers sausage and any others their children have tried tested and liked

there are lots on the net but i am never sure about the ingredients in some

greatful for any help going :wacko: trying to take it all in

We do hash browns/potato rosti which are 1lb of potatoes and a carrot, peeled and grated and boiled for a few minutes. I have a mini food processor and chop an onion and some garlic in that. Then mix everything togather and shape into patties and then fry in sunflower oil.

 

Also fish cakes which are leftover mash (potato, swede, carrot, parsnip) and cod which has been poach for a couple of minutes. Mix both together with parsley and shape into patties. Coat with egg and then GF breadcrumbs and shallow fry.

 

My health food shop has GF organic burgers and sausages but they are quite expensive.
