ets Report post Posted July 6, 2006 there is this link, http://www.bps.org.uk/the-society/ethics-r...onduct_home.cfm just to add (i don't know if this would have any relevance to your query), there are some eps who are employed by leas who are not registered with the bps. in this context it can be very difficult for a parent to hold an un-registered ep accountable for a professional misdemeanor. if a parent feels they have reason to make a complaint about an lea ep who isn't registered with the bps then the parent could try writing to their local authority asking for a copy of the authority's own code of conduct document to see if they are eligible to make a complaint.
