About Me

Hi I am a mum to 2 children 1 of which has ASD

I am also a childrens' nurse and a volunteer with a local parent support group. My family is a constant support for us all when times are tough. This forum and The NAS has helped us to work through some tough things.Contact with others who have had similar experiences is so comforting but also extremely supportive. Any information we all have shared can only benefit each other and our families.

I love to have a little gin and tonic, chocolate and the odd cuddle if my hubby ever gets the chance!

I work in a childrens' hospital and love my work but also get a lot out of my voluntary role too.
