OK – the general drill.

I’m 33 years old and live in Lancashire. I’m married to a long suffering and (fortunately for me) placid engineer and we have two children. My eldest child is my daughter (H) who is almost 13 years old and my Son (Sam) who is 10.

The four of us live relatively happily ever after in our own little way and for the most part, get along just peachy. I work as a care manager (Adults) and am currently working from home as a residential care management consultant.

The reason I’m here is because my Son is currently receiving assessments and input from a colourful variety of professionals although seemingly to no avail – at least as things stand at the moment anyway.

When I’m not tearing my hair out with the usual fun and games of family life, or helping care homes and units to remain up and running etc, I unwind and escape via music, theatre, writing and laughing at things nobody else in the entire world seems to find funny.

So that's me.
