Hi, I have recently found out that I have asparagus and was looking for advise:
I have no friends because they said they were jealous of me and started ignoring me at school, but now i have left school I find it really hard to talk to people at work, and keep conversations going because i think people are judging me negatively. I have a very low self-esteem and would like to make some friends but get anxiety about going out as i am scared of being rejected,
I hardly go out if i do its with family, people have told me i am wasting my life because i dont know how to have fun,
