employment for the over 16's with aspergers

anyone have any ideas on what areas of employment could be suggested for an 18yr old ?his hobbies include anything related to technical gadgets, of which he is a huge fan, but i have concerns of his ambition of becoming a police officer where he lacks certain social skills/team player skills.
