Nic m Report post Posted October 2, 2007 Kathryn, I think now, you have to cc this letter to everyone involved, also ask for e-mail address' for everone as well, for some reason this makes them really itchy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The way you have bullet pointed things in your last post would be very effective in the letter too, the response will come from pressure from the big wigs who will look at that chronology and jump on her to do something.
