snigger Report post Posted November 29, 2009 Was just wondering if anyone knew if The Autistic Me was available to stream, download or buy. I saw it on the BBC a couple of months ago, i've always thought i've had aspergers but my Doctor just seems to think i've got 'stage fright?' When watching The Autictic Me I could relate to some of the behaviour patterns and would like my Mum to see the program. Its not on the BBC iPlayer anymore and I can't seem to find it on the web. please help.
Tally Report post Posted November 29, 2009 If it's not available on the iPlayer, then the only places it will be available will be via an illegal download. For this reason, please could anyone with a reply for snigger please make sure it stays away from public view - using the PM system would be ideal. Thank you
Gordie Report post Posted December 2, 2009 (Don't worry, Tally - this is legal! ) All you can get now are a few short clips from the programme, which I think were originally meant as previews/trailers, but which are still available on-line ... BBC: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/8195815.stm (1 min 57 secs) YouTube (BBC): (4 mins 3 secs) Firecracker Films: http://www.firecrackerfilms.com/broadcast/the-autistic-me/ (1 min 3 secs) James
